China Strong Permanent Pot Magnet | Fullzen Technology

Short Description:

Neodymium magnets are powerful magnetic components made of neodymium magnets enclosed in a steel shell or can to enhance their holding power and durability. The steel can structure directs the magnetic force to one side, typically increasing the strength of the magnet when attached to ferromagnetic materials. Neodymium magnets are frequently used in industrial and engineering applications due to their high strength to size ratio.

Key features include:

Material: Neodymium (NdFeB) magnet, one of the strongest permanent magnets.

Shape: Round, flat design, often with threaded holes or studs for easy mounting.

Coating: Often nickel-plated, zinc-plated, or epoxy-plated for corrosion resistance.

Applications: Ideal for holding, clamping, and securing in metalworking, construction, or home improvement projects.

    Countersunk Pot Magnet

    Materials:

Made from Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB), these magnets are one of the strongest permanent magnets available, offering high magnetic strength in a compact package.

They are typically nickel, zinc or epoxy plated for corrosion resistance and durability.

    Countersunk Holes:

The center hole is tapered, wider on the surface and tapers inwards, designed for flat head screws. This allows for easy and secure installation while keeping the screw head flush with the magnet surface.

Depending on the design, the countersunk hole can be located on the north pole, south pole or both sides of the magnet.

    Shape and Design:

Usually disc or ring shaped with the countersunk hole in the center. Some variations may also be block shaped to suit specific applications.

Standard sizes range from small (as low as 10 mm in diameter) to large magnets (up to 50 mm or more) to suit a variety of load bearing needs.

    FAQ

    Can you customize countersunk magnets?

Yes,we can customized all the size that you want

What shapes can countersunk magnets be made into?

We can make disc, ring, block,Arc,Cylinder shape countersunk magnet

What is the process of making countersunk magnets?
    1. Material Preparation: Neodymium, iron, and boron powders are mixed, compressed, and sintered into solid blocks.
    2. Cutting and Shaping: The block is cut into the desired shape.
    3. Drilling: A countersunk hole is drilled for flathead screws.
    4. Magnetization: The magnet is charged by aligning its magnetic domains.
    5. Coating: A protective layer (nickel, zinc, or epoxy) is applied to prevent corrosion.
    6. Quality Control: Magnets are tested for strength and precision.
